The dishes that make up my cuisine are based on Brazilian and French gastronomy with a contemporary trait, and strong Spanish and Mediterranean influence. 

All menus take place in seven times divided into: couvert with three types of appetizers, an entrée, a main course, dessert, and a special end.


The service includes the development and elaboration of a personalized menu according to the client's needs. Allergies or food restrictions are always taken into consideration.
